Farrakhan
Remains a Dangerous Man

On a drizzly Sunday
morning, while people were busily shopping in the heart of the largest
Sephardic community in America, a rally was held that drew the attention
of many people. It was held on Kings Highway in Brooklyn and was attended
by two groups. The earlier arriving camp was the Neturei
Karta Jews, these are the peculiar Hassidic sect that openly embrace
Islamic leaders such as Kahdafi in Libya, the president of Iran, and
before he was dead, Arafat. These are the people who have recently visited
Iran, the same people that a few years made an infamous visit for which
they were criticized for presenting gifts to a sworn enemy that has
called for the annihilation of Israel. They even made a pilgrimage to
the home of the long dead Ayatollah Khomeini, arch-enemy of the Jews
during the 1970's and 80's.
Across the street
was a group of people including Mordechi Levy, New Yorks own self-declared
and well known defender of the Jews and organizer of Camp Jabotinsky,
a place where Jews can receive training to defend themselves. Both groups,
which arrived on this day, are of course not without controversy. Mordechi
Levy and his vocal group of supporters, both men and women, some which
were impromptu (and included many young Sephardim from local yeshivot),
were shouting across the police-lined streets at the Jews dressed all
in black.
So now you ask,
what does all this have to do with Louis Farrakhan? You see, the rally
was assembled by Jews who have the wherewithal to stand up to the crisis
Farrakhan is setting in motion. The reason why the Neturei Karta Jews
came to the heart of one of Brooklyns large Jewish communities
in the first place was because they wanted to expose people to their
banners that declare, Minister Farrakhan Loves Jews and
that, Accusers of Farrakhan are hate Mongers. These confused
Jews, are conducting damage control for Farrakhan, the Jew hater par
excellence. Louis Farrakhan is the man who once said, Hitler was
a very great man, has met and embraced Arafat, Assad of Syria,
Castro of Cuba, Saddam, Qadhafi of Libya and even Saddam Husseins
government.
On Shabbat October
15, 2005 there will be a massive Million More March on Washington D.C.
Farrakhan and his Holocaust-denying, pogrom-inciting bunch, will be
sending some 1,000 buses to bring people to the rally. The people are
being bussed from major U.S. cities, especially New York, where they
will be spoon-fed lies and hate-filled diatribes about the Jews and
others. Glancing over headlines from major newspapers around the country,
you would think that Louis Farrakhan is setting up some sort of legitimate
charity, maybe even going straight, departing from his past ways. The
papers are blind to the truth! The Duluth News said Dogged
by controversial past, Farrakhan seeks broader movement, the Minnesota
Spokesman says, A Twin Cities minister prepares for Millions
More Movement, and the Washington Post says 'Millions
More' Event Focuses on Action. Farrakhans Nation of Islam
will be in the company of the militant New Black Panther Party led by
Paris Lewis, aka Malik Zulu Shabazz. So now we wonder, what
kind of action are they desiring, focusing on?
The Black Panther
Party is a splinter group of the Nation of Islam. They once declared
the Talmud is racist, that Zionism is racism, Zionism is terrorism,
and Zionism is the root of why so many were killed on September 11.
Just two weeks ago appearing on FOXs Hannity & Colmes
program, September 19, 2005, Black Panther Party Chief of Staff Hashim
Nzinga said Jews had foreknowledge of the September 11 terrorist attacks.
This is the same group that has chanted death to Israel
and jihad! Shabazz himself has led marches in the street
shouting, Kill every Zionist in Israel! and Blow up
Zionist supermarkets!
Shabazz is one
of the key people organizing Farrakhans D.C. rally. Shabazz and
Farrakhan work intimately together on their programs to elevate themselves
in the eyes of the mainstream Jew-hating Islamio-facists. Together they
are stirring the pot which will eventually boil overa pot they
want to boil over. They are attempting to create another Kristallnacht
right here in Brooklyn, as well as all over the United States. Demonstrating
with posters of men armed with rifles and shotguns, they attempt to
instill fear in both Jews and other whites.
In almost any other
country in the world the comments Shabazz or other people who associate
with Farrakhan say would land them in jail. Of course we certainly do
have the right to free speech, but certain verbal statements have the
potential to ignite violence or cause injury. Just like you cant
scream fire in a crowded theatre, screaming jihad or telling
your followers to kill every Zionist has the same potential
affect. This is not the Black Panthers Party of the 1960s that
wanted to help destroy racism; this is virulent hatred and incitement
on a par with Hamas and Hezbollah. Farrakhan, the Nation of Islam and
the New Black Panther Party are working towards the same goal of Yassar
Arafat. They are seeking power, they want the destruction of the Jews,
and most alarming is the fact they are indoctrinating a generation that
will grow up with the same blind hatred towards the Jewish people as
children are in Egypt, Syria and Lebanon. They are doing it right here
in Brooklyn, funded by Islamic leaders in Libya, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere.
Fueling the young
disenfranchised youth, both Farrakhan and his subordinates continually
make incendiary racist statements. Their actions are something that
we as Jews need to watch, observe, and follow. Never again can we look
in the other direction and think that a small person rising up in a
modern city with verbal murderous zeal will just go away. Their smirking,
contemptuous tone against the Jews must keep us on our toes. When they
make statements which border on being terroristic, we must demand their
arrest. And when they come to our neighborhoods to march and fan the
flames of hatred, we must speak up.
