Infidel Cooking & Artists for Israel

Shelomo is cooking Sephardic food on camera for Artists 4 Israel in an innovative program, called “Infidel Cooking.” Infidel Cooking is based on the idea that people have the right to eat what they want, and should not be politically threatened, intimated, or boycotted, simply for their choice of food.

The menu I will be preparing is Spanish food based upon the food Jews prepared in the Ottoman Empire. These food include: Bizelia Arroz, Sevoya Reynados and Biscochos. The film, it will be part of a forthcoming book / film set.
