(August 10, 2010) Shelomo Alfassa was a guest on Doug McIntyre’s RED EYE RADIO SHOW, discussing two major modalities of Islam which include the concept of Dar al-Islam which means "house of Islam" and the other is Dar al-Harb - "the house of war." Dar al-Islam is all those lands in which an Islamic government rules and Muslim the Holy Law (Sh'ria) prevails. The outside world, which has not yet been subjugated by Islam, is called the "House of War," and strictly speaking, remains in a perpetual state of jihad (holy war), which is imposed by the law. This topic was discussed in relation to the victory mosque which is being built at the site of the attack on New York City on 9/11/01.
